Good afternoon!
I am writing to you today because of the experience I had with two of your employees in the Customer Service department. I first want to tell you that I LOVE your M-100 Trail Camera and was very disappointed when it began to has some issues...that's life though...nothing is perfect; With the exception of my experience with you customer service department. I first spoke with a gentleman named Charlie who was very helpful and asked me to send my camera in so they could check it out. I then ended up making a follow up call and had the opportunity to speak with Crystal who took the unusual approach of making my call feel much more personal (usually with customer service, you just keep getting handed off to another rep each time you call). Crystal told me I was welcome to call back and ask to speak with her directly since she was familiar with my file and would be happy to check with the repair department to see what the status of my camera was.
Upon my call back, she said that she had gotten in touch with Amanda who would ensure that my camera would be looked at promptly and a decision made with regards to it being repairable or not. Like clockwork, I received an email a couple of days later from Amanda notifying me that a replacement camera had been sent. I did not think this kind of prompt customer service existed anymore from larger companies. SIMPLY AWESOME! It's not just the fact that a new camera is being shipped, it's the fact that I spoke with Crystal who did exactly what she said she was going to do and followed up with Amanda who did exactly what she was going to do, and the problem was resolved quickly and all the while doing so in a pleasant and enjoyable manner....THANK YOU MOULTRIE AND THANK YOU CRYSTAL & AMANDA!!!!
Your trail camera is not just a "scouting camera" I use for hunting, but my little girl (age 5) loves going with me to find neat places to put the camera. It is a tool I use to help teach her about nature and gives us another reason to get out and enjoy the outdoors together. We have the best time reviewing the photos and videos together! Your product has been greatly missed at our house and we look forward to the new one's arrival.
